The factory in China covers an area of 13,000 square meters,has more than 250 employees,8 production lines,and the monthly output reaches 100,000 packages.
The factory in Indonesia covers an area of 26,000 square meters, has more than 2,000 employees.40 production lines,and a monthly output of 400,000 pcs.
DIGITAL&AUTOMATION
Both factories in China and Indonesia adopt Lean Management System and digitized management system. The digitized management is a set online operation runs through the entire workflow of every department,from sales,procurement,production, transportation.and human resource,which greatly improves factory's efficiency in terms of production and communication,reduces human errors.
The factory has1800sets of various equipment
The factory has 1800 sets of Various equipment: computerized sewing machines, Computerized pattern machines, Computerized Bar-tack machines, Automatic Spreading machines, Automatic cutting machines,etc. Our company is constantly updating equippmet for factories, and bring in new automation equipment, we are transforming into a true digitized + automated factory.
The factory has a drying room of 1000 square meters to
ensure the safety of all finished products from mold.
